Orange-Lime "Cinnamon" Rolls

There are VERY few things I like about wintertime in NJ besides the first snowfall, Christmas, and a hot cup of tea with a dear friend. But one thing I do enjoy is wintertime baking! I love waking up to a cold house, turning on the oven to warm up the kitchen and whipping up something yummy. I definitely don't get to do it everyday, so when I do, it's lovely!

Found this recipe here: http://www.amandascookin.com/search/label/breakfast (2nd recipe down) and decided to try it out this morning. So glad I did! It's AMAZING! They're not actually "cinnamon" rolls, since there is no cinnamon, and I made them Orange-Lime instead of Orange by just adding lime zest and juice to the filling/frosting.

I certainly wouldn't recommend eating these for breakfast every day, but they would be awesome for a special occasion or Christmas morning or something. If you're looking for something warm and yummy to bake this winter, try these!
